A while ago I purchased an item from Woolworths.Due to circumstances, which can be explained, I returned the item as not suitable, after the “full refund” date. Price paid was R260, and I was told they will only refund R97 as item now on special. What a ripoff!! And they STILL make profit on the R97! I asked for a voucher to use instore for the R260 value, to no avail. Needless to say, I took my parcel back, and now sit with a purchase I cannot use.
