I logged a complaint on hellopeter more than a month and a half ago and to date, two cell c consultants contacted me to say that they are looking into the matter but nothing has been done. I took my cell phone in for repairs and the guy who attended to me, did not remove my memory card nor did he inform me that i had to do it. The phone came back without my memory card and i was told at the cell C store at Clearwater that it would be my problem. I refuse to accept that.
