I phoned the customer support number to assist with a query I had on their website. They couldn't assist me with this since they did not have access to their own site!!! Eventually I figured out what was wrong and asked assistance on how to update certain fields on their website since its not auto-updating. Then Vodacom customer care online help tells me that they don't support this modem and that it wont update. Yet it has updated automatically on many other sim cards we have. read full review »
