On Saturday 21 August 2010 I sent a worker to buy a pouch for my Blackberry from Vodashop Middelburg. The sales person, Eben gave us a Universal Pouch. When I saw the pouch I told my worker that this pouch is not what I want, it will not work for my phone. She drove back to Vodashop and they refused to take it back. This is unacceptable. I didn't use the pouch and I didn't damage the packaging in any way. This is not the first time it happened. Now I have 2 pouches for my Blackberry that I don't want and they refuse to take back either one. read full review »
