I was involved in an accident when a driver, insured by Outsurance, drove into the back of me on 18 July 2010. When contacted by outsurance I faxed them all the relevant details inlcuding quotes. I also personally took my vehicle to their own evaluator. Subsequently however I have just had no feedback from them. They have completely ignored my last 7 faxes despite same specifically requesting that they acknowledge receipt.
