Electrosmart illegally installed a unit at my house and then insisted that I keep it on a 90day money back policy as I really had nothing to lose by doing this, however 9odays later the are backtracking and are now demanding payment for this useless piece of equipment.Empty promises are made by sales people who call on you after hours and totally misinform you of what you are getting on a trail basis.Electrosmart are not very smart by doing this and I will not entertain the issue of payment they must just come and fetch the unit which nobody signed for or paid for. read full review »
