I had a loan of R10k.with African Bank in 2006, I paid up my installments as arranged until the loan was reduced to R7k plus late 2007, then I lost the job and could not afford to keep up with payments. In April '09 when I checked my credit record I realised that they listed me for R10, 612.00 which I subsequently paid off in June 15th'09.
