Having no need for my FNB card I paid up and cancelled the card in 2005. Since then I have had no correspondence or dealings with them. At the beginning of this month my Fnb cheque statement reflected a debit from Fnb card. As they have no authority I requested my relationship manager to return their request, unfortunatly the system does not allow this. I have phoned and spoken to over 20 people at card division all with no interest in rectifying their criminal behavior. I have over the last 5 days left 5 messages for Mr Cilliers to phone me to date no response. read full review »
