Early August I bought a Blackberry, stating that my main use would be business email, the shop assistant advised me incorrectly and only let me activate BIS. When our internal IT set up my email I was informed that BES and not BIS needs to be activated. After calling the call centre (average waiting time (free advertising for 5-8 minutes) you manage to speak to an agent, I was advised to complete a form, which I did and returned it (via email) immediately.
