I have my Renault Clio3 almost 3 years now and I have not once had a good experience with them. My first service (15000km) they spilled some kind of glue all over my bonnet and rear bumper. The first reaction from Renault was to blame me. Eventually they fixed it by buffing the glue out, and yes it did leave permanent damage and I got a speeding fine while my car was at Renault.
