I am a “gold status” client of Nashua Mobile, having an account for 6 years (DATA and line) with a phone bill always exceeding R1500-R2000 p.m.
I received my Blackberry Bold upgrade in July 2009. I was very happy until the blackberry continuously lost signal. Nashua Head office advised me to take the handset to my closest branch being the ICON branch Cape Town.I found from the outset that the 2 store assistants being highly unprofessional, slack and uninterested .
