On Friday I loade R 10 to load a data bundle, it didn't come through and I was spun a story about a technical delay of 9 hours the R 10 has still not reflected and no call from MTn. On Wednesday I loaded R 180 for a databundle and it also didn't come through. I spoke to two different people and faxed two different people. I am still awaiting a call. I sent my bank statement through as I loaded the airtime from my FNB account. I am still out of pocket and not so much as a phone call. I think it is shocking and I cannot believe that no one has bothered to sort it out. read full review »
