I was phoned again today by a marketing person from Cell C trying to sell me a cell phone contract. She was very friendly up to the moment I declined the offer. This is not the first time it has happened to me. The moment you decline the offer they just hang up without saying anything. They are constantly pestering people to buy their contracts and the moment you decline they become rude. read full review »
