I paid $50 for NAV in 2006. I got three viruses it didnt remove in they first year. Each time I was told that the viruses were lodged in system restore which their product doesnt search so they are not responsible. Therefore they can charge $100 each time to get rid of the viruses. At the end of the year, they automatically charged my account for another year even though I had deleted the main files and installed a free antivirus (Avast!, Spybot and Malware Bytes).
