We have being applying for ADSL in Jouberton but Telkom doesn’t want us Jouberton people to have ADSL. Every time you call them they’ll say they’ll come back to you and they don’t, I really don’t like the way they triad us black. We’re a big township without ADSL. We have 22 Schools, College, Police Station, Hospital, big Business and more, but they go and put ADSL in a small location next to Jouberton.
