I spent 4 hours online to reserve my tickets. When I finally get through, my credit card and discovery miles were processed but the screen with my booking confirmation number did not load. I called the Call Centre three times yesterday and spent a total of 1 hour on hold and I only got through once!!! I was told that someone would call me back but that has yet to happen. All I want is my booking confirmation number! I am furious, I refuse to waste more precious time and money on further phone calls. I will not be using Kulula again. read full review »
