I logged an issue on Monday re my inability to get hold of anyone to assist me in the collections dept. Veni assured me that senior managemnt would look into it (seems to be a standard response), No-one has contacted me. I have since learned that I have been listed by FNB on ITC as 'adverse'. This after I have never defaulted on my agreed payments (agreed with Timothy on 29408) and have in fact paid more than required.
