Had a car accident on 29th of July. Same day sent Outsurance police case nr, drawing of accident, description etc. Consultant that first helped me was Tumi. Today - 5 WEEKS later - my car is still standing in storage. Tumi never gets back to me, everytime I phone I speak to a different consultant - promises are made, never kept. Took them 4 weeks to send out an assessor - pathetic!!
