I requested to Migrate from an expensive package to a cheaper top up package to control my usage myself as they're not allways on line to get balances. They refused! Said i must wait 6 months - i migrated iN April 2010 and they are only willing to migrate me in October 2010. I emailed them my contract -as they didn't even have it - which clearly does not state Migration terms. They refused and said it's business rules. That's rubbish! They can not do what they want when they want and then call it business rules. Why on earth do i sign a contract then if they can do anything they want. read full review »
