Its now about a month ago that i complained about neotels poor internet connection! Nothing has happened! the connection is 10% the speed of wat it should be, making it the slowest of all! If its not sorted soon you can come and collect your unit and refund me for all monies paid! ill bill you also for al my stationary and printing changes to ad the neotell no! I hope you are aware of the fact that perhaps now you have expanded vastly and therefore your problems, but in 18months time most customers will not renew there contracts? and then?
