I have purchased a Samsung Side by side fridge freezer in June 2009. The united started escalating the temperature to 17 and then later 19 degrees. I reported the unit on Thursday morning the 3rd of September 2009, to Game in Westgate where I purchased it. I was told that Samsung will phone me and make an appointment to send a technician out. How long will this take. I had to go and borrow a fridge and small caravan freezer from family to put the food in not to let it spoil. I didn't expect an expensive fridge like this to pack up within three months and then wait weeks for someone to repair it. read full review »
