The service from virgin mobile call centre in Johannesburg is pathetic. This is the 04th time since 19 April 2009 that i sent my cell in for repairs, and is unexeptable. I sent my phone in on the 19th July 2010 and still waiting for it, I have spoken to various people but no one seem to come back to me at all, i am calling since Friday the 27th August 2010 and NO ONE WANT TO PUT ME THROUGH TO A MANAGER i am really pissed off.
