I took out a cellphone insurance with Vodasure at the Vodacom Shop in Melville campus square. From then on - i was religiously paying for my premium, money paid on time and never a problem. Recently I fell victim to the crime of JHB with my fone being jacked from me. So i went to the police station and reported my phone stolen, now the catch with Vodasure - is that they are standing on a pedestal and saying that i had a wrong sim card in the phone when it went missing.
