Reduction order placed on my accounts overdraft facility without my consent. Amount excessive and not affordable and not discussed with me. First contact with Randburg branch last week (03092009) to resolve issue, no feedback. Continuously calling branch for feedback (+- 4 times), nobody contacting me to resolve. This has caused huge inconvenience. Can someone from Standardbank contact me urgently; thus far service from Randburg branch has been pathetic. Definitely not “Moving Forward”. read full review »
