I have a personal cell account ( 0795275085) About 4 months ago I noticed that Vodacom had stopped taking off my monthly subscription fee. I immeadiately phoned customer services and to make them aware of the problem. They asked me for my Credit Card number and confirmed it was correct and they were not sure whay this had happened but thye they would debit my account accordingly.
