Moss travel took £60.86 from my visa debit card, for a three night stay at the Hotel Demel in Poland, which I booked up on the internet. When we got to the Hotel, apparantly booking had been cancelled, so we had to pay more to stay ther. Upon return I checked my bank account, and the original £60.86 had been taken out. Bank and trading standards are looking into my complaint. Tried to contact Moss travel myself, to no avail as ansafone or cut off!
