Last October I purchased a leather lounge suite, black wall unit and Sony home entertainment. My lounge suite has been in for repairs 3 times and they wont replace it with a new one! Its a two piece set, one part has been in for repair 3 times, second piece has been in once. It came back from repair yesterday and its still not repaired properly. Today it will go in for repairs for the fourth time. I spoke to George and his only response is that his supplier has to authorise this.
