After been disconnected abut 5 times after numerous calls to the call centre and waiting for almost 30 minutes i get through. the lady was quick to assist me and informed me that my bill had not been paid. she told me to make the payment by giving me the account details and her e mail address to mail her once i have made payment. i have done this, but not heard from her again. i included in the mail to inform me once my account has been activated. is it not courteous to reply to one's mail or update me on happenings? Its really frustrating been on the other end and knowing that if you call again you going to be on hold for another half hour. read full review »
