I was in arrears on my MTN SP Data Contract so my service was suspended. I paid up in full at the end of August, requested reconnection, and was promised, on 31082009, that my service would be re-instated within 3 to 5 working days. It is now 12 days later, and despite numerous (very expensive) calls to the 083-1-808 number using another network, and countless promises that my SIM would be reconnected 'soon', I still have no service (error message 'SIM registration failed').
