At the end of august I was billed extra by multichoice so I called the call center and cleared this up and was told that I would have to call back to get the excess money to be put back into my bank account. I called back after the given time period and put forward this request to a lady named Thobeka ref no: 44909308. I was told that by thursday this week the money will be in my account which did not happen!
