I am now thoroughly convinced that MTN don't care about their customers and have absolutely no idea of customer service. I have received a R 9000.00 bill from MTN and have tried for more than a month to get an itimised billing out of MTN. They keep telling me that they're emailing or faxing it to me but it never arrives. My ISP has checked the server logs but nothing so it's not being pulled by a spam fiilter.
