I am one of the unlucky clients that that came over from iTalk to MTN because of the merger. My contract expired on 20 July 2009 and I have not been able to upgrade since then. Firstly I was told by MTN I can only upgrade after 20 August - that date came and went and still I couldn't upgrade. The new date I was given was after 11 September (see the irony in that!). So I went on 13th Sep to an MTN store, was told I can upgrade and they proceeded to process the upgrade. Then when they tried to put the upgrade through, the system say... read full review »
