I have paid about 1000$ for Visa/Work permit according to an invitation email from Petronas Oil Co. and Immigration Dep. of Malaysia. They asked me 3, 125.00$ more to issue "Anti Terrorism Clearance Certificate"!!! I did not pay but I am a big loser. Please help me how I can get my payment back?
