I filled in an applicattion form to activate a contract with MTN. This was after I had spent an afternoon collecting all the necessary paperwork (ID Copy, Bank statement, etc.). Upon submission of my application I was told that my phone would be delivered within two weeks. I was informed that I would receive an SMS wwhen my phone arrived. After three weeks and no SMS I payed the SP a visit only to be told that my phone had not been delivered but would be available shortly.
