With the amount of excuses the MTN staff gives I can write a book if not an entire library! Each time I call in for an update I get the same excuses month in and month out! MTN customer service department is most technically challenged department I have ever come across! They have supplied me a bill update service where by I was told to dial *162*31981# in order to obtain my latest unbilled update.
