I was billed twice on my account. I called the call centre and spoke to Thulani Mokoena on the 4th Sept to notify him of the incorrect billing on my account and I requested a refund to be actioned. He told me that they don't issue refunds and I told him that there is no such thing. He thn suggested that he is going to speak to his supervisor.He came back to me and told me that he had to convinced his supervisor so hard to give me a refund - to me thats was nonsense.
