From the first time I walked into this MTN Store, I have had shocking service. I received incorrect information, twice. Then, after getting the correct information, and being promised good service from another consultant, I again was dissappointed. All I wanted was to change 2 of our accounts from an old company name, onto the current trading name. 3 weeks later, after querying as to why this had not gone through, the answer I received was that she never received the bank statements, which were e-mailed to her.
