My phone was stolen earlier this year in Pretoria and it took me an hour and a half on the phone, paying for the call, to reach someone at the call center to block the card. Not hard to believe I suppose, but I was robbed earlier today and again I had to hold on for 40 minutes for assistance, once again paying for the call. The call center is an absolute mess with technology that doesn't work. You get cut off, the system doesn't accept your MTN number you are prompted to enter, and no one answers for what seems to be an eternity. Try phoning 083 1808 and see for yourself. read full review »
