This is my story. About 2mnths ago my account was locked due to non paymement. This I admit is my fault, however I have being trying to rectify this ever since. I made the payment on the 29th July 2009. When I called the call centre I was told to fax my payslip, 1mnth Bank statement and a blank vodacom sim card. Which I did.
