I sent my phone for repairs on Aug 28 2009, it was a simple software upgrade, the phone was received by the store on 8 Sept, today after trying to call about 15 times, someone (Khaya) eventually answered, the response they gave me was that they tried to call the cell no, on the 8th and it was off, i mean DUH they have my phone. i specifically left home & work numbers to be contacted on, but of course its too much of an effort for them to read instructions.
