I migrated from the Control chat 150 to the Control chat 200 on the 13th of August 2009, which means that I should've got the applicable benefits as of the 15th of September 2009. I only received R175 worth of airtime instead of R230. I went to the Autopage branch in Cape Gate and they were not interested in helping me.The lady from Autopage said it is a problem from CellC and vica versa.
