I am on top up 100 with MTN - my airtime gets topped up on 11th of every month. This month however I received the sms as usual to say that my airtime has been topped up. When I checked the airtime there was nothing. I have been calling MTN since then and nothing has happened. I have been calling MTN all the time - and not once did anyone from MTN call to me.
