Even though Vodacom did follow up on my complaint (11 September 2009), it was only when it had been escalated to this point that this matter seemed to receive ANY kind of attention. HOWEVER, that being said, two weeks after posting my initial complaint, I am STILL no closer to having received my new handset. As a potential new business client I am utterly appalled!
