On Saturday the 19th of September I went to Look and Listen at Clearwater Mall to buy myself a CD with my ebucks. When I got to the tills to pay the lady told me that Ebucks was off line for most of the week, but that she will try to swipe to see if it goes thru. She tried twice to no avail. I had to pay cash for the CD. This is actually the 3rd time that I had to pay cash at Look and Listen because of ebucks. What is the use of having ebucks if you have problems accessing it.
