In July I changed my contract with MTN to a 500 top up package and I was given the assruance that R500 worth of airtime will be loaded on my phone every month on the 21 ***. Well the first month it did not happend, nor the second or third month. Only when phoning them it is eventually loaded - days later. It happened again today.
