Been with MTN for 11 years. Never had any issues...until now!!! A simple 'I don't have the slightest idea what I'm doing' would have been much better as a response when speaking to two different call centre agents. Instead they've told me that they're doing this and that... and that i should switch my cell off, remove the sim card and re-insert it in 15 minutes. This still does not work. I do not have all day top keep contacting that *** place to get something to work. read full review »
