We have an account with MTN which was sent to Legal department because of outstanding fees. All fees have been paid on 4 September 2009 and since then we have been trying to reactivate the accounts. We have been to three different MTN shops in Potchefstroom on 10 different dates spending at least a total of 6 hours in MTN shops without being helped.
