MTN informed my fiance that she has failed to pay her MTN 1 account, but she doesn't have or ever took out a 1 account! When she took out her MTN 512mb data contract, they mixed her bank details up with someone else's details, informed her that she is not paying her bills (although it's on debit order) and threatend to take legal action against her. I've managed to sort this problem out, but now they are threatening again with legal action for the '1 account' which she doesn't have. I've tried to get hold of someone at MTN who can help me but with no avail. read full review »
