I took out my neotel agreement and within 24 hours was disappointed. I called for advice and the technical service was pathetic. The person I spoke to didnt know what an ip adress was. I have since been requesting a cancellation. I cannot get hold of anyone, I don't even have a reference. I get promises and lies. I DONT want your service please STOP trying to fix it. Just give me a confirmation of this IN WRITING. I am an unhappy customer. I was told that I could cancel within 7 days. read full review »
