After a month of enquiries MTN seem to have finally resolved my pro rata problem. I just wanted to send my disappointments in their call centre agents. I don't understand why someone cannot say i don't know. The call centre people are incompetent and if they can't help you you are stuck in there there is never a person your enquiry can be forwarded to. I still insist that everyone must be accountable for their action it is totally disgusting for MTN to fumble your account and when you call they tell you to pay. how can you pay... read full review »
